JOB OFFERING – COMMERCIAL ADVISOR FOR TRAINING IN MURCIA Location: Murcia An online training company is seeking to hire a Training Advisor to carry out commercial and advisory activities in Madrid and surrounding areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting companies, informing employees and unemployed individuals about the 100% subsidized course offerings, managing related documentation, and conducting student follow-up and retention. Job Description: Position: Training Advisor. Sector: Online training (non-bonified). Location: Murcia Area: Information, prospecting, guidance, and follow-up. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct commercial visits to companies across various sectors. Inform and advise employees and unemployed individuals on 100% subsidized training courses. Identify users’ training needs and provide appropriate guidance. Manage and process required documentation. Follow up with students throughout the training process. Contribute to student retention and maintenance of relationships with learners. Requirements: Residence in Murcia Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Minimum 1 year of experience in cold-calling sales. Proficiency in computer tools, especially Word, Excel, and email. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and negotiation ability. Professional appearance and attitude. Organized, dynamic, and goal-oriented individual. ✉ How to Apply?
