Team that values communication, innovation, and growth We are looking for a committed professional to join as a **Java Programmer** on a project for the **Public Administration**, participating in **planning**, **analysis and design**, programming, testing, and technical support of the system. #### **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Planning activities and organizing work to ensure efficient and coordinated deliveries. * Analysis, design, and implementation of system components and functionalities. * Programming robust, maintainable solutions aligned with functional and technical requirements. * Design and execution of unit, modular, and integration tests to ensure software quality. * Technical support actions for incident resolution, system monitoring, and continuous improvement. * Documentation generation, preparation of technical/functional manuals, and user training when required. #### **Requirements** Proven experience in: * **Requirements gathering**, capable of understanding complex processes and translating them into clear technical solutions. * **Analysis and design**, working with hybrid architectures (legacy systems \+ modern technologies). * Development in **Java 8 or higher**, including proficiency in **Java Core (J2EE 1\.6 / 1\.8\)** and **Spring MVC**, as well as maintenance of **Struts** applications. * Handling **XML**, validations, parsers, and development of **SOAP** services using Apache Axis. * Deployment and administration of applications on **WebLogic** and **Tomcat** servers. * **Oracle** databases, SQL, and PL/SQL. * Version control tools such as **Git**, Bitbucket, Maven, and code review assisted by **GitHub Copilot**.
