We are seeking a Business Analyst & Data Strategy professional to serve as a key liaison between commercial areas and technology, with a focus on data quality, decision-making, and operational efficiency. What will be your mission? You will act as the strategic bridge between business and technology: * Translate real-world needs into clear, feasible, and well-defined requirements * Ensure technological developments solve business problems, grounded in data and evidence * Promote a data-driven culture—from analysis to visualization What will you do daily? Elicit and refine requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria) Model As-Is / To-Be processes to identify improvements and bottlenecks Design workflows, business rules, and data validations Analyze data using Python or R to validate hypotheses and information quality Collaborate on data modeling and database structure design Design and prototype dashboards in Power BI (KPIs, key indicators) Lead functional UAT / QA, ensuring IT delivers real business value. What are we looking for? 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role Background in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) Advanced SQL proficiency Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling) Solid knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or Visio We especially value: * Ability to speak both business and technology languages * Critical thinking and data orientation * Attention to detail and quality focus What do we offer?
