The role’s purpose is to turn ideas into functional, scalable solutions aligned with the institution’s technical standards. **1\. Execution of Digital Transformation and AI Projects** Analysis and Execution: * Analyze operational needs and propose concrete opportunities for applying AI and automation. * Participate in defining and prioritizing the backlog of digital transformation and AI use cases. * Document functional and technical requirements. Execution Tracking and Scalability: * Participate in planning and executing initiatives led by the AI Coordinator. * Monitor operational tasks, milestones, and deliverables. * Collaborate on risk, impact, and organizational requirement analyses. * Analyze project success metrics versus cost and risk to ensure their business case. * Support coordination with specialized AI, automation, or software development vendors. **2\. Maintenance of Production Services** * Monitor usage and performance of production AI services. * Economic oversight of licenses, consumption, and infrastructure. * Execute enhancements aimed at ensuring optimal service quality, access to latest updates, and continuous improvement of production projects. **3\. Training and Support** * Develop user guides, video tutorials, and functional documentation. * Participate in training sessions and hands-on support for using AI tools (Copilot, chatbots, automations, etc.). **4\. Technology Watch** * Stay up-to-date on emerging AI tools, automation, analytics, and educational technologies (EdTech). * Propose improvements and evolutions for deployed solutions. **Requirements:** --------------- **REQUIREMENTS** Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. * Preferred additional education or certifications in: o Applied Artificial Intelligence o Process Automation (RPA/BPM) o Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate 𝑜 Agile methodologies or Design Thinking **Professional Experience** * 1–3 years of experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, or technology solution development projects. * Desired experience in: o Building prototypes or proof-of-concepts 𝑜 Functional analysis and documentation 𝑜 Automations or low-code/no-code development Technical Skills * Practical knowledge of generative AI and automation tools (Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio) * Proficiency with data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, basic Python or similar). * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
