Promote communication and a positive working environment **Our client:** A corporate group. **Job Description:** Reporting to the General Management, the selected candidate will lead and manage a new group company and assume responsibility for managing affiliated companies, with the following main duties: * Ensure the viability and development of business lines by monitoring objectives, revenue, and costs/resources. * Serve as the liaison with General Management regarding operational matters, financial reporting, corporate culture, and team management. * Manage human and material resources under their supervision, fostering effective communication and a positive work environment. * Implement the group's culture and policies within the company. * Provide support and/or represent the company on the boards of directors of affiliated companies, safeguarding the group's interests and reporting to General Management. **Requirements:** * University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Studies (ADE), or Law. * Experience in managerial or executive positions with a focus on management and business operations; experience in establishing companies from scratch is required. * Fluent English (C1\) * Entrepreneurial profile with leadership skills and ability to coordinate teams; strong communication, interpersonal, and representation capabilities; proactive, committed, and results-oriented. **We offer:** * Immediate incorporation into a prominent corporate group with significant future projects. * Remuneration negotiable based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
