Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a disability to manage permits and licenses, respond to inquiries, coordinate training activities, and support occupational risk prevention.

We seek an Administrative Assistant (male or female) holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher. Responsibilities include comprehensive management of permits and licenses before public authorities, technical departments, and external suppliers, as well as tracking of case files. The role also involves responding to inquiries regarding administrative documentation, coordinating in-person and online training activities, managing student enrollment and certification, organizing course logistics, and planning training schedules. Additional duties include preparing reports, providing general administrative support (e.g., scheduling, travel arrangements, email handling), updating databases, managing medical examinations, and coordinating with the occupational risk prevention service. Furthermore, the candidate will safeguard occupational risk prevention (PRL) documentation and support preventive actions.
Professional training in Administration and Finance is required, along with at least three years of demonstrable experience using Office and Teams. Prior experience with public authorities and their platforms, as well as knowledge of occupational risk prevention (PRL), is highly valued.
A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00/9:00 to 17:00/18:00, and Friday, 8:00 to 15:00\. Gross monthly salary of 1\.428,57 euros. Position located in Madrid.
