### **Job Description** Globalia Handling, a leader in airport handling services, is seeking an Administrative/Commercial Technician to join our team at our headquarters in Llucmajor. This position will be part of the Commercial Management Department and plays a key role in supporting administrative management and analytical tasks that help optimize commercial operations and customer service. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare monitoring reports, data analysis, commercial activity reports, and documentation to support decision-making. * Perform general administrative tasks: document management, database updates, contract preparation, order and service tracking. * Actively monitor assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met. * Provide necessary information to various departments to ensure proper performance of their functions. * Handle ad-hoc customer inquiries, delivering professional service oriented toward swift resolution of incidents or requests. ### **Requirements** * Education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. * Prior experience of 3 to 5 years in administrative management roles, preferably within commercial environments. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office 365\. * Intermediate English; advanced level highly valued. * Autonomous profile with decision-making capability; analytical and organizational skills, problem-solving orientation, and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Strong communication and organizational skills. ### **Culture and Values** At Globalia Handling/Groundforce, we value our team as the central pillar of our success.
