Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Administrator to manage invoices, collections and payments, perform administrative filing, assist in tax preparation, coordinate with departments, and prepare reports. Responsibilities include managing and accounting for customer and supplier invoices, controlling collections, payments and bank reconciliations, as well as issuing and tracking invoices. Administrative document management, administrative filing, and support in tax preparation and documentation for advisory services will also be carried out. Additional tasks include budget monitoring, telephone support, email management, coordination with various company departments, and report preparation. A part-time contract with a split shift from 10:00 to 14:00 is offered, with the possibility of expanding to full-time in the future. Salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications provided. * Education in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative\-accounting roles. * Knowledge of general accounting and administrative management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with management and accounting software. * Organized, responsible individual capable of working autonomously. * Proximity to Bigues i Riells and own vehicle are desirable.
