**Accounts Payable Technician** ------------------------------ ### **Job Description** We are seeking an Accounts Payable Technician to join a KFC franchise. This role is critical to managing the company's outgoing finances, ensuring that supplier invoices are reviewed, approved, and paid accurately and on time. ### **Responsibilities:** * Accounts payable management: Invoice registration and verification, reconciliation with purchase orders and goods receipt notes, and timely execution of payments to suppliers. * Supplier relations: Resolution of incidents, discrepancies, and inquiries. * Control and reconciliations: Oversight of accounts, supplier reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations. * Accounting support: Collaboration on monthly closing, accruals, and compliance with internal controls. * Organization and collaboration: Maintenance of documentation and support to the team in tasks and analysis. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Vocational training or university degree in Accounting or Finance. * 1\-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. * Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality/Restaurant sector will be valued. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent payment errors. * Technical knowledge of accounting software (Sage, Delsol, SAP, Oracle) and Excel. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal departments and suppliers. * Teamwork ability and commitment to objectives. * Advanced English proficiency and native-level Spanish. ### **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Annual gross salary range: €25,000\-€28,000 * Hybrid work model in Madrid, with two days of remote work per week * Dynamic and collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement
