Description
We are seeking a person to join the financial and management team of a non-profit organization dedicated since 1990 to improving the quality of life of people in vulnerable situations. The selected candidate will be responsible for general accounting and for the temporary business associations in which we participate, including recording invoices, payroll, grants, and cash and bank transactions. They will also perform bank reconciliations, manage payments and user assistance, monitor treasury, and prepare documentation for tax declarations such as VAT and IRPF withholdings. They will support accounting audits and the financial justification of public and private grants, as well as organize and archive documentation according to internal procedures.
Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract, full-time work (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with intensive hours), reduced to 35 hours during summer and Christmas periods. One day of remote work per week is offered. The position is based in Madrid, in the Ciudad Lineal district, with a salary corresponding to Professional Group 2 under the State Social Intervention Collective Agreement, ranging from €18,001 to €24,000 gross per year.
