Academic Coordinator

We at **Grupo Planeta** are looking for an **Academic Coordinator** to join the **PlanetaFP** team within our division **Planeta Formación y Universidades**. Your mission will be to ensure academic and operational coordination of the center, guaranteeing effective educational planning, excellence in the student experience, and correct implementation of the teaching model. What would your main responsibilities be? * Organize and plan schedules, as well as workshops and exams. * Validate the preparation of teaching syllabi by faculty members at the structural level following area coordination. * Plan academic management activities and classroom schedules. * Prepare and coordinate the academic calendar. * Manage and validate academic withdrawals, changes in examination sessions, training cycles, or delivery modes. * Welcome and support students. * Monitor tutor performance and attitudes. * Conduct/manage inventory of existing stock materials and materials required for the professional field, in collaboration with workshop instructors. * Propose improvements for specific teams and spaces (e.g., workshops, in-person examinations). What would we like to see in your CV? * Appropriate education for the position, preferably in the educational field (e.g., educational technician, psychopedagogy, or related disciplines). * Experience: Experience in the educational sector is valued, especially in Vocational Training (FP) and online training; customer service experience is also a plus. * Languages: Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Digital competencies: Proficiency with virtual campus platforms (preferably Blackboard); advanced Excel skills.
