From our facilities in **Crevillente**, we work daily to deliver excellent, fast, and reliable service to our customers (HORECA channel, food retailers, and commercial establishments). To strengthen our rapidly expanding logistics team, we seek committed, dynamic professionals eager to grow with us. **What will be your mission?** As a **Warehouse Assistant**, your primary mission will be to carry out goods receipt, storage, and dispatch within temperature-controlled environments. You will ensure the integrity of the cold chain, optimal use of lifting equipment, and strict accuracy in data entry into our ERP system to guarantee the highest quality of the final product delivered to our customers. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Loading, unloading, and storage:** Receive and dispatch palletized goods using counterbalanced or reach forklifts. Store products on shelves within our refrigerated chambers (with temperatures ranging from **\-20°C to \+4°C**) according to our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and prepare vans and trucks for delivery routes. * **Quality and temperature control:** Inspect packaging conditions and rigorously record product temperature upon entry and exit, ensuring the cold chain remains unbroken at every stage of the process. * **Order picking:** Assemble daily orders, ensuring correct stock rotation under **FIFO/FEFO** principles and proper stretch-wrapping of pallets. * **Documentation management and support:** Prepare and review delivery notes, loading sheets, and shipping labels. Report any anomalies or stock discrepancies directly to your Shift Supervisor. * **Area maintenance and order:** Monitor forklift battery charge levels and ensure transit areas and refrigerated chambers remain clean and free of obstacles, strictly adhering to the **HACCP** protocol. **What are we looking for in you? (Requirements)** To integrate smoothly into our warehouse’s daily operations, we require the following profile: * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of demonstrable experience in loading/unloading and logistics operations within warehouses. * **Certificates and Licenses:** A valid forklift operator license/certification and a current food handler certificate are mandatory. * **Operational skills:** Ability and familiarity with working in extreme cold environments (\-20°C), dynamism, organizational skills, and meticulousness in data recording. * **Residence:** Residence near Finestrat or the Marina Baixa region is desirable.
