We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a **Hotel Deputy Manager** to support Management in the operational, administrative, and commercial management of the property, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and ensuring proper interdepartmental coordination. **Responsibilities:** * Support Management in planning, organizing, and monitoring hotel operations. * Collaborate in allocating and controlling material and human resources according to budget. * Participate in implementing and monitoring the hotel’s strategy, objectives, and action plans. * Analyze operational results and deviations from KPIs and budget. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. * Substitute for Management during their absence when required. * Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and applicable regulations. * Maintain communication with corporate departments to monitor objectives and resolve incidents. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial positions within hotels. * Knowledge of hotel operational, financial, and commercial management. * Advanced level of English (other languages are an asset). **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
