Valued specialized training (plumber, electrician, carpenter). INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-known hotel chain in the Balearic Islands currently undergoing expansion. Your primary responsibility within the company will be to carry out repairs, maintenance, and conservation of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the establishment, in compliance with applicable regulations and established quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services. We currently have an opening at our Insotel Cala Mandia Resort \& Spa. Your main responsibilities will be: * Inspecting and maintaining the condition of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Reporting meter readings and recording consumption data. * Completing preventive maintenance logs. * Reporting malfunctions detected in any equipment or facility to the technical department at headquarters. * Promptly and effectively resolving issues raised by guests. * Resolving malfunctions reported by other departments. * Conducting inventory and managing tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. * Performing other routine departmental tasks. * Education: Specialized training as a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing duties as Deputy Head of Maintenance or 5 YEARS as a Maintenance Technician. * Basic English proficiency (A1\) is valued; additional languages (German, Italian, etc.) are considered advantageous. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
