Discover the life that awaits you at Accor — visit https://careers.accor.com/ **Job Description** **Position Mission:** Lead the overall operations of the rooftop, ensuring service excellence, adherence to standards, outlet profitability, and team development — creating a memorable experience for both hotel guests and external customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead daily rooftop operations (service, opening/closing procedures, shift coordination, workflow management). * Supervise and support the team (waitstaff, bartenders, runners, etc.), ensuring organization, pace, and service quality. * Ensure compliance with brand standards, internal protocols, quality, cleanliness, and outlet image. * Manage guest experience and resolve incidents proactively. * Drive outlet sales and profitability (upselling, average check, cost control, wastage, and productivity). * Coordinate with key departments: F\&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Events, Revenue, and Management. * Actively participate in organizing unique and customized events. * Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock control of beverages and supplies. * Coordinate order storage to optimize space using FIFO system. * Participate in defining and implementing operational improvements, menus, promotions, and commercial initiatives. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (hygiene, food safety, and internal procedures). * Train, motivate, and develop the team, promoting a positive work climate and high performance standards. * Maintain a positive working environment and proactively resolve any operational issues. **Requirements** **What Are We Looking For?** * Prior experience managing bars, rooftop bars, hotel outlets, or restaurants. * Experience leading teams in high-volume, dynamic service environments. * Highly operational, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle pressure. * Attention to detail, visual presentation, ambiance, and brand experience. * Knowledge of dining room/bar service and mixology (highly valued). * Proficiency with operational management tools (POS systems, inventory tracking, closing procedures, reporting). * English is mandatory (additional languages are an asset). **Additional Information** **What We Offer You:** * Full-time employment * Professional Development: Learning and development opportunities within the prestigious Accor group — the world leader in hospitality. * Discounts and Benefits: Enjoy special rates for stays at over 5\.300 hotels and discounts at Accor restaurants and services. * Multicultural Environment: An international, energetic team where you’ll learn something new every day
