Job Responsibilities * Compliance with standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with the quality and service standards set by the chain. * Team management and service supervision. Requirements * Education: Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP Graduado Superior). * Minimum two years’ proven experience in the role. * Team leadership capability. * Language skills: Intermediate English level (valued). * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management. * Customer orientation. * Strong commercial aptitude.
