**SELECTION AND CONTRACTING** **Supplier Qualification:** Lead the evaluation and selection process of subcontractors based on technical capability, quality, reliability, financial solvency, and sustainability **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, quality standards, penalty clauses, legal conditions, etc. **Document Management:** Ensure that all confidentiality agreements, intellectual property agreements, and contracts are valid and legally sound **OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL** **Operational Coordination:** Act as the primary contractual and business coordination contact point, coordinating information and material flows between the cooperative and the subcontractor **Quality Monitoring:** Implement regular measurements and audits to ensure that subcontracted work strictly complies with technical specifications **Performance Evaluation (KPIs):** Monitor KPIs such as **"**on-time delivery", "defect rate", and "cost savings", and drive continuous improvement plans **Basic Education:** University degree in Engineering / Technical Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Organization, etc.), Business Administration, etc. **Specific Knowledge:** * Supply Chain and Logistics Management * Technical knowledge of equipment manufacturing processes (materials, processes, quality standards) * Contract Law and Negotiation (drafting and managing service/supply agreements) * Risk Management (quality risks, dependencies, operational risks) **Languages:** Basque and English.
