Your mission will be to coordinate daily production, ensure product quality, safeguard personnel safety, and guarantee that the work plan is executed on time and as scheduled. **Responsibilities** Full supervision of the production chain and adherence to the daily plan. Coordination of the workshop staff. Ensuring product quality at all stages of the process. Safeguarding worker safety and compliance with PRL regulations. Organizing productive order. FIFO system control and proper organization of products in cold rooms. Reviewing staff, machinery, and equipment performance. Obtaining production indicators, controlling surpluses, and bill-of-materials. Ensuring compliance with internal regulations. Daily communication and reporting to the client and supervisor.
