Your main responsibilities will include:
* **Define and execute the procurement strategy** by category of direct raw materials.

* Manage raw material costs through **price analysis, market benchmarks, and cost-saving opportunities.**
* Design hedging and risk mitigation strategies against raw material price volatility.
* **Qualify, evaluate, and develop international suppliers**, jointly with Quality and Regulatory teams.
* Implement performance indicators such as service level, unit cost, inventory turnover, captured savings, and lead time.
* **Professionalize the Procurement function** through standardized procedures, documented traceability, and audit support.
**What will make you succeed in this role?**
We are looking for a candidate holding a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences, or related fields, complemented by postgraduate education or a Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations. Demonstrable international experience is highly desirable—specifically **managing suppliers outside Spain**, working in multicultural environments, or participating in **multi-country operations.**
Experience in raw material markets—particularly oils, agricultural ingredients, or products with variable pricing—will be valued. Prior work in pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, or ingredients—with familiarity with quality and regulatory requirements—will be a differentiating factor.
