We are seeking to hire a Receptionist for one of our 3\* hotels in Barcelona. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be with us? * Greet and assist guests during check\-in and check\-out. * Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations in person and by phone. * Effectively resolve incidents and handle guest complaints. * Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Ensure compliance with the hotel management's established quality, safety, and customer service protocols.
