Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and professional service to guests both in person and over the phone, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. * **Check-in/Check-out:** Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring correct room assignments and accurate information registration. * **Rate Modifications:** Adjust and update rates on various OTA (Online Travel Agencies) platforms in accordance with hotel policies. * **Reservation Management:** Handle and coordinate room reservations, both individual and group bookings, ensuring availability and occupancy control. * **Billing:** Process and issue invoices for rooms and meeting spaces, verifying charge accuracy and transaction correctness. * **Daily Closing:** Perform daily hotel activity closing, including account reconciliation and report preparation. * **Cash Reconciliation:** Conduct daily cash reconciliation, monitoring and recording income while ensuring fund consistency. * **Email Management:** Monitor and manage the hotel’s email inbox, responding promptly and professionally. * **Charge Supervision:** Review and ensure correct allocation of charges to rooms and meeting spaces, preventing discrepancies and errors.
