Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and professional service to guests both in person and by phone, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. * **Check-ins and Check-outs:** Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring correct room assignments and accurate information registration. * **Rate Modifications:** Adjust and update rates across various OTA (Online Travel Agencies) platforms in accordance with hotel policies. * **Reservation Management:** Manage and coordinate room reservations—both individual and group—ensuring availability and occupancy control. * **Billing:** Process and issue invoices for rooms and meeting rooms, verifying charge accuracy and transaction correctness. * **Daily Closeout:** Perform daily hotel activity closeout, including account reconciliation and report preparation. * **Cash Drawer Reconciliation:** Conduct cash drawer reconciliation, monitoring and recording income while ensuring fund consistency. * **Email Management:** Monitor and manage the hotel’s email inbox, responding promptly and professionally. * **Charge Supervision:** Review and ensure correct allocation of charges to rooms and meeting rooms, preventing discrepancies and errors.
