On a daily basis, you will be responsible for supporting the proper implementation and deployment of requirements stipulated by standards and references mandated by the Integrated Management System across all centers and organizational levels, collaborating to maintain established quality standards. **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * Manage and improve the Management System by identifying risks and defining corrective and preventive actions. * Record and track internal and external complaints. * Lead action plans addressing non-conformities using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, or 5 Whys. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and analyze indicators to reduce rejections and complaints. * Collaborate on launches and validations of new projects. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and documentary standards. * Promote a quality culture and customer-oriented mindset. **What Requirements Must You Meet?** * In-depth knowledge of **ISO 9001** standards. * In-depth knowledge of **IFS (International Featured Standards) and ISO 22000 audits**. * Experience in the **logistics sector** is desirable. * Proficiency in **English** is desirable. * Proficiency in **Microsoft 365** tools. * Availability for inter-island travel. **What Do We Value?** * Training in Problem-Solving and Quality tools. * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * Results-oriented mindset. **What Do We Offer?** * Join a globally present company where you’ll become part of an innovative, dynamic, and purpose-driven team. * Participation in an expanding project offering real opportunities for professional growth and development. * A key role in shaping the company’s growth, actively contributing to its success. * A high degree of autonomy within a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative team. * Access to exclusive social benefits as a Sesé employee: private health insurance, discounts at over 400 brands, etc. * A flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs. * A wellbeing program.
