As QUALITY DEVELOPMENT SECTION MANAGER, you will be responsible for managing product quality and food safety—from procurement at origin through to delivery at the distribution platform. Your main responsibilities will be: * Advise commercial departments on all matters related to products, ensuring their proper development and customer satisfaction. * Supervise import product control (at ports and in stock), as well as product origin and labeling, in accordance with Company Policy. * Ensure proper management of products within your category, identifying and resolving incidents throughout the entire supply chain. * Analyze and report KPIs for your categories, implementing corrective actions for underperforming items. * Analyze and report results from store-level incidents.
