




The Purchasing Assistant in the automotive sector has the main objective of retaining existing suppliers and prospecting new suppliers in the German and European markets. The ideal candidate must demonstrate negotiation skills, knowledge of the automotive sector will be valued, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. 1\. Supplier Retention: • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current suppliers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and collaboration. • Manage and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise with existing suppliers. 2\. Prospecting New Suppliers: • Identify and evaluate new supply opportunities in the Spanish and European markets. • Update the database of potential suppliers and carry out proactive follow-up. • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, supply capacity, and regulatory compliance criteria. 3\. Relationship Management: • Build and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers and other stakeholders in the supply chain. • Act as the main liaison between suppliers and different departments within the company to resolve any issues or requests. • Participate in trade fairs, events, and conferences in the sector to promote the company and seek new collaboration opportunities. 4\. Purchasing Strategy: • Analyze the market and competition to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with other departments within the company. 5\. Administration and Reporting: • Administrative follow-up of purchases made. • Schedule management. • Vehicle configuration. • Keep supplier and purchasing information updated in CMR Hubspot. • Support to management * Experience 2 years.
