Hired personnel will be responsible for sorting various items and handling heavy goods, following safety protocols to prevent occupational hazards. Accurate waste sorting is essential to facilitate subsequent treatment stages within the value chain. Work is performed on a production line, requiring coordination and attention to detail to maintain an efficient workflow. Good physical condition and familiarity with physical effort are required. Duties may vary according to daily needs but always revolve around processing materials for recycling. The environment is dynamic and productivity-focused, emphasizing efficiency in recovery processes. This position directly supports the recycling cycle, advancing sustainability and the circular economy in a sector of growing economic and environmental importance. Previous experience working on assembly lines and handling heavy goods is required, preferably within the industrial sector. A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace. Full availability for rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours is required. A valid forklift operator’s license is highly valued. Immediate availability to start the position is required.
