Job Summary: We are seeking a production worker for the eviscerated poultry section of a slaughterhouse, performing tasks such as feather, intestine, and neck inspection, and handling of poultry. Full-time working hours This position is offered to persons with disabilities to work as production operators in the eviscerated poultry section of a slaughterhouse in Mataró; prior experience, a valid driver's license, and personal vehicle are desirable. Feather inspection: Manually remove feathers left on the animal by the machine. Intestine inspection: Manually remove residual viscera from birds. Neck inspection: Cut necks not properly severed by the machine using an automatic knife/scissors. Quality inspection: Mark and transfer to another chain chickens that are damaged or of inferior quality. Wing folding: Rotate wings of eviscerated and traditional birds. Chain transfer: Collect chickens falling onto the tray and correctly hang them. * COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION DIPLOMA * Competencies / knowledge: Food handling and animal welfare certification is desirable. * Driver's license: Class B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours * Additional relevant information: Gross annual salary (14 payments, 8-hour shifts): €20,599.75; Working hours Monday to Friday, 05:05 to 13:50
