Our human team comprises **more than 6,500 employees**, highly skilled professionals from over 45 countries. **Mission:** Ensure composite part manufacturing by correctly preparing molds, efficiently applying gelcoat, and laminating reinforcements using resins and fiberglass—guaranteeing part quality and strict adherence to the production process. Furthermore, it is a fundamental responsibility to maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, including proper and safe management of all chemical waste (resins, acetone, etc.) and mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Your Responsibilities:** **Material Preparation:** Procurement of raw materials (resin, catalysts, gelcoat, etc.) and assembly/preparation of barriers. **Manufacturing Process:** Primer application, winding of parts (placement of steel bars), and oven drying. **Finishing/Laminating:** Rolling and laminating reinforcements onto sprayed parts using rollers, resin, catalyst, and fiberglass. **Process/Equipment Inspection:** Verification of quality control guidelines for parts, conveyor belt operation, mold condition, and suction/blowing systems and oven temperature. **Measurement and Labeling:** Placement and weighing of parts on scales and cutting lines, and labeling. **Self-Inspection:** Self-inspection of rolling operations and packaging work. **Logistics and Operational Maintenance.** **Packaging and Dispatch:** Preparation of PadPacks, placement of filters and components per specifications, labeling, palletizing boxes, and shrink-wrapping using a stretch-wrapping machine. **Recording:** Daily recording of manufactured products. **Basic Maintenance:** Performing machine maintenance and operating pallet trucks. **Order and Cleanliness:** Cleaning and organizing the workstation, including proper handling of waste (cured resin, contaminated acetone).** **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, as well as the following qualifications:**
