We are looking for personnel to join a production operator position within the pharmaceutical sector, located in San Sebastián de los Reyes. Main responsibilities include supervising and executing operations along the production line. This covers primary and secondary packaging of products, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage of the production process. Prior experience in laboratories, cosmetics, chemistry, or food industries, as well as knowledge of GMP regulations, will be considered advantageous. The ability to work rotating shifts—including mornings, afternoons, and nights—from Monday to Sunday is required. A forklift operator’s license is considered a plus. A temporary monthly contract is offered, with potential for renewal, along with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Additional allowances are provided for shift rotation, night work, and holidays. Academic qualifications are not mandatory; instead, attitude and motivation to learn and contribute are emphasized.
