The selected candidate will play a key role in managing production execution via SAP, ensuring data integrity, accurate order planning, and process control—directly contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement of the plant. This role has a direct impact on resource optimization, capacity planning, and implementation of new technological functionalities, serving as an essential liaison across departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance. **Responsibilities:** * Manage production execution in SAP, ensuring correct planning, release, and technical closure of manufacturing orders. * Ensure integrity of production master data (SAP and associated systems such as Proficy). * Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between Production and other functions (Planning, Quality, Logistics). * Resolve incidents related to production orders, materials, and systems (COGI, consumption errors, transfers). * Ensure availability of orders for release and dispatch. * Manage and monitor operational KPIs (Scorecard, productive capacity, controlling), guaranteeing data quality. * Lead monthly production closing, validating consistency of orders and materials across the entire supply chain. * Plan operational capacity (shifts, staffing, FTEs), optimizing resources and minimizing costs associated with external hiring. * Coordinate temporary staff management according to production needs. * Manage investments in fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting, maintenance, and tracking. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new SAP functionalities. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and good practice regulations (ISO, GMP, PRL). **Requirements:** * Higher education degree; technical or engineering profiles especially valued. * Prior experience in industrial environments, preferably in production execution. * Advanced knowledge of SAP (especially production modules); experience with Proficy is a plus. * Intermediate level of English (reading and writing). * Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. * Lean methodology experience (MPSP, WPI or similar) is desirable. * Strong planning, organizational, and priority management skills. * Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments. * Results-oriented, committed to continuous improvement, and rigorous in data handling. **Department**: Operations Build a career centered on healthcare customers—future-ready and grounded in a culture of trust and openness. **Apply now** through our online platform.
