Project featuring technical innovation and continuous improvement. **Our client:** A leading industrial company in the Valencian Community. **Job Description:** Reporting to the Engineering Department, the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for leading the packaging lifecycle—from strategic definition through to technical validation at plant level. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the company’s global packaging strategy. * Define, develop, and validate efficient packaging solutions for new projects and currently active products. * Maintain technical contact with suppliers for packaging development and define precise component specifications, ensuring inclusion of internal and customer requirements. * Generate packaging instructions tailored for production. * Identify cost- and material-related improvement opportunities while ensuring sustainability and efficiency. * Manage packaging-related incidents and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. * Explore new packaging alternatives—both at component and method levels—to improve cost-efficiency, efficiency, and quality. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, with particular emphasis on furniture or outdoor equipment sectors. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Proactive profile with a global outlook, leadership capability, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams. **Offered:** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing industrial company. * A project where technical innovation and continuous improvement are fundamental pillars. * A position of responsibility with direct impact on the product’s value chain.
