Apply—and let’s build culture together. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Engineering with specialisation in Organisation or LADE (Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas). * Training in operations management and process improvement will be valued. * Minimum of three years’ verifiable experience managing multidisciplinary teams, with projects and/or processes in artisanal, cultural, and/or heritage environments. * Demonstrated experience in process control and operations functions will be valued. * Critical overview of the whole, combined with ambition to achieve excellence in working methods. * Sensitivity towards culture, heritage, and artisanal work, and capacity to adapt to dynamic environments and distinctive projects. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software. * Mandatory: Basque language; advanced English; intermediate French.
