Continuous training and professional development within an established hotel chain. **Nights have their own protagonists too…** And at **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are seeking a **Night Receptionist** ‍‍ for our **Playavera Hotel**, located in **Vera (Almería)**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Greet, attend to, and provide personalized assistance to guests during the night shift, ensuring a calm, safe, and high-quality experience. * Issue and supervise daily billing, collections, and cash reconciliation. * Address and resolve customer requests and complaints in accordance with established protocols. * Handle hotel telephone calls, switchboard operations, WhatsApp messages, and emails. * Review and reconcile occupancy records. * Adjust the hotel’s room assignment schedule. * Manage and prepare lists, reports, and handover documents for the following day. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and collaborate during emergencies. **What do we expect from you?** * Studies in Tourism or equivalent qualification supporting your vocation for customer service. * Minimum of 1 year’s experience performing similar duties. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Advanced English language skills (French and other languages are highly valued!). * As the hotel is naturist, respect for guests is essential—and practicing **naturism**, if possible, is encouraged. **What do we offer?** * A **Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract**. * **Full-time** working hours. * Integration into an established hotel chain. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * **Exclusive benefits**, including discounts at our properties, health insurance partnerships, banking agreements, and much more... **The best experiences are also created at night.** If you are passionate about customer service, possess experience in the described responsibilities, and share our values—**service orientation, commitment, teamwork, quality, adaptability, social responsibility, and sustainability**—this is your place!
