MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING ASSISTANT

Seppelec, S.L. is an international industrial engineering company seeking to hire a person to serve as Assistant to the Manufacturing Manager. Responsibilities * Coordinate and control materials and components to be delivered by the warehouse in accordance with manufacturing drawings, projects, and production requirements (production plan). * Monitor and control the approved production plan. * Knowledge of components and materials used in manufacturing equipment destined for the food industry. * Ensure production continuity by verifying that manufacturing workstations have the required and exact materials and components as specified in the manufacturing drawings. * Management of consumables and manufacturing machinery. * Inspection of finished products. * Preparation of FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) for equipment at the company’s facilities. * Management of movements of manufactured equipment between the two workplaces. * Propose improvements to production processes enabling savings in time, costs, or materials. Requirements \* Higher vocational training degree in mechanical manufacturing. \* Two years’ experience in manufacturing departments of industrial machinery companies. \* Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools. \* CAD knowledge. \* Navision knowledge (desirable). \* Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings.
