INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-established hotel chain in the Balearic Islands currently undergoing expansion. Your main role within the company will be to perform repairs, maintenance, and conservation of apartments—including both wooden and aluminum carpentry work. Additionally, you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the establishment, in compliance with applicable regulations and established quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of SSTT and Deputy Head of SSTT. Your main responsibilities will include: * Inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Execution of tasks in a clean, orderly manner with high-quality finishing; appropriate and economical use of materials. * Periodic inspections aimed at detecting deterioration requiring repair. * Estimation of materials according to the yields of various products. * Use of specialized carpentry machinery and auxiliary tools. * Completion of preventive maintenance records. * Reporting detected malfunctions in equipment or facilities to the Technical Department at the central office. * Prompt and effective resolution of issues raised by guests. * Resolution of malfunctions detected and reported by other departments. * Inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. * Other routine departmental tasks. * In return for your commitment, we offer: * Excellent working environment. * Competitive salary. * Stable position (summer season) with real opportunities for professional development. * Possibility of shared accommodation in staff housing. * Education: Compulsory Secondary Education, Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP), or specific training as a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing maintenance technician duties. * Knowledge of electricity, refrigeration, etc., will be valued. * Basic English proficiency (A1\) is desirable; additional languages (German, Italian, etc.) will be viewed favorably. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
