Your mission will be to ensure memorable experiences for our guests, supervising every touchpoint and guaranteeing high standards of satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities:** * Define, implement, and update corporate technical standards and maintenance plans. * Coordinate and provide technical support to Hotel Maintenance Managers. * Supervise compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Monitor OPEX budget and participate in CAPEX investment planning and tracking. * Certify, coordinate, and evaluate national-level suppliers and contractors. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and technical regulations (PCI, legionella, elevators, occupational health and safety, OCAs). * Conduct periodic technical audits and track action plans. * Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement projects. * Prepare technical and financial reports for Management and the Operations Committee. **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical/Senior Engineering degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in industrial fields. * Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in hotel maintenance, facility management, or multi-site corporate environments. Experience in hotel chains, energy efficiency, and technical English is desirable. * Solid knowledge of electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works. * Familiarity with technical and legal regulations applicable to the hotel sector. * Technical and economic analytical capability. * Proficiency in management tools (Excel, technical reporting).
