Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Services Assistant to support repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of hotel facilities, in compliance with regulations and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Your primary role within the company will be to support repairs, maintenance, and conservation of all facilities, infrastructure, and materials comprising the property, adhering to established regulatory requirements and quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services (SSTT) and Deputy Head of Technical Services (SSTT). Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Reporting meter readings and recording consumption data. * Completing preventive maintenance logs. * Reporting detected malfunctions in equipment or facilities to the central technical department. * Promptly and effectively resolving guest-reported issues. * Resolving malfunctions identified and reported by other departments. * Conducting inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. * Performing other basic departmental tasks. * In return for your commitment, we offer: * An excellent working environment. * Competitive salary. * Stable position (summer season) with real opportunities for professional development. * Education: Compulsory Secondary Education, Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP), or specialized training as a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. * Experience: AT LEAST 2 YEARS performing duties as a Technical Services Assistant (SSTT), including knowledge of swimming pools. * Basic English proficiency (A1\) is valued; additional languages (e.g., German, Italian…) are considered an advantage. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
