Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a **Kitchen Assistant** on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) for the Kitchen Department, whose main mission will be to support the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision of managers. * Carry out mise en place tasks as instructed by the Head Chef. * Collaborate in receiving, storing, and preserving raw materials. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, utensils, and equipment. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Support service operations, ensuring efficiency and accurate execution of assigned tasks. * Report operational incidents to the direct supervisor. * Participate in internal training and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. * Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations. * Interest in learning and professional development in the culinary field. **We Offer:** * Joining a solid and growing hotel chain. * Positive working environment. * Professional training and development.
