




Job Summary: We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, following established guidelines and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Your primary role within the company will be to assist the Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from the gastronomic menu, adhering strictly to instructions provided by the Head Chef and Sous Chef, according to the pre-agreed menu, while complying with established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting the preparation of assigned dishes under the guidance of your supervisor, the Station Chef. * Ensuring excellent presentation of all dishes. * Knowing and preparing standardized recipes (bill of materials) and recipes for all products produced in the kitchen department. * Reporting to the Station Chef regarding required ingredients. * Cleaning and organizing your station. * Following previously agreed service instructions. * Other duties inherent to the department.
