Responsibilities: * Preparation and assembly of pokes, burritos, and other dishes according to brand standards. * Customer service at the bar, taking orders and managing payments. * Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work area. * Handling food in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Restocking ingredients and performing basic inventory control. * Collaborating in restaurant organization to provide fast, high-quality service. Minimum Requirements: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, waiter/waitress, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). * Proactive, organized attitude with eagerness to learn. * Commitment to quality and customer service. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Intermediate level of English is an advantage. We Offer: * Permanent contract. * 20-hour weekly schedule. \- Remuneration: Fixed salary \+ incentives (8\.000 \- 9\.000 € gross / annually)
