At **City Poké**, we are looking to hire a **Manager** for our **Heron City (Paterna)** location. **Important:** This position starts as a **maternity/breastfeeding leave replacement**, with immediate incorporation. The intention is for the selected candidate to **continue on a stable basis** once the replacement period ends, provided there is a good fit and satisfactory performance. What will you do on a daily basis? * Customer service in the dining area and at the bar, with a friendly and professional approach. * Preparation and serving of poké bowls and beverages according to brand standards. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and an attractive appearance of the premises. * Restocking products and inventory control. * Teamwork to ensure fast, dynamic, and high-quality service. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year). * Immediate availability for interview and start date. * Punctual, responsible person with a positive attitude. * Residence in Paterna or nearby areas (to attend scheduled shifts). * Prior experience as a shift supervisor or team leader is valued. * **We seek a candidate who meets eligibility requirements for subsidized hiring programs**, as per current regulations.
