You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all culinary activities at the hotel, ensuring excellence in food quality, operational efficiency, compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards, and customer satisfaction. **\*\* You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your COMPETENCIES in:** * Designing and updating menus aligned with the hotel's profile, seasonality, and customer demand. * Supervising the preparation, presentation, and quality of all kitchen stations. * Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team (chefs, assistants, etc.). * Preparing and supervising staff rosters; ensuring adherence to schedules and production rhythms. * Planning daily kitchen operations (breakfast service, à la carte menu, events). * Managing ingredient inventory, placing orders, and controlling food costs. * Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and occupational risk prevention regulations; supervising kitchen and cold room cleaning. * Coordinating with Food & Beverage Management and other departments (restaurant, events, procurement, management) to ensure seamless service delivery. * Proposing continuous improvements in processes, recipes, and presentation. **\*\* As a token of appreciation for your commitment, we OFFER:** * Immediate incorporation into a leading and expanding company with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, recognized for its excellence. * Indefinite-term contract.
