We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Manager with strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities to join our dynamic and expanding team. You will play a key role in managing and executing physical inventories for different clients, from logistics to generating discrepancy reports, including team management and reporting to headquarters. A company specialized in inventory and auditing services is seeking, as part of its expansion process in Southern Europe: **Job Responsibilities:** * **Conduct physical inventories for various clients** by applying the company's procedures and methodology. * **Lead and manage teams of 1 to 15 operators**, providing leadership, training, on-site support, and monitoring their work during inventories. * Establish a **climate of trust with clients**, ensuring proper adherence to procedures. * Carry out **administrative tasks related to the mission** (time declarations, expense reports, etc.). **Requirements:** * Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas * **Valid Class B driver's license** (at least one year of validity) * Availability for **frequent travel** and missions during **variable working hours** (early mornings and/or evenings/nights) * Knowledge of a second language (Portuguese, French, and/or Italian) is an advantage. * Experience in team management is valued **Conditions:** * **Working hours** vary depending on operations: early mornings and/or evenings/nights. * **Frequent travel** within Spain.
