Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial production operator to ensure correct product packaging and labeling, material control, and traceability on-site. Key Points: 1. In El Pla de Santa Maria, we are looking for a person to fill a stable position in the industrial production area under a full-time contract and a fifth-shift system. The work takes place at the end of the manufacturing line, where the primary responsibility is to ensure products are correctly packaged, labeled, and ready for distribution, always complying with quality protocols. Daily tasks include physical handling of goods, preparation of shipments, and detailed recording of materials used via radiofrequency systems. Additionally, it is necessary to monitor raw material consumption and manage documentation for each batch to guarantee full traceability. The role requires maintaining smooth communication with other departments to ensure consistent and efficient supply. This work environment demands responsibility in operating equipment and tools, as well as proper maintenance of the work area. Auxiliary logistics and pallet storage tasks are performed strictly in accordance with safety regulations. As this is a stable position, it allows for in-depth understanding of the value chain and technologies employed on-site, actively contributing to the daily improvement of internal processes. Previous experience in industrial production, food, or construction environments. Availability to work the European fifth shift (morning, afternoon, and night shifts). Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. A valid forklift operator license will be considered a strong advantage.
