At **Senator Hotels & Resorts**, we are looking for a **Head Chef** for our establishment **Casa del Compositor Hotel**, located in **Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz).** **What will you do as Head Chef?** * Lead the kitchen team, organizing, coordinating, and motivating all members. * Define and plan the restaurant’s menus and gastronomic offering. * Supervise food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards. * Manage inventories, purchasing, and supplies, optimizing costs and avoiding stockouts or overstocking. * Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations, allergen handling, and occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements for middle management. * Drive continuous training and team development. * Promote a safe and professional working environment, acting as ambassador of the brand and hospitality culture. **What do we expect from you?** * 2–3 years’ experience as kitchen manager, banquet chef, or sous-chef in high-volume hotels, catering companies, or restaurants. * Culinary training (Vocational Training Program – Intermediate Level or equivalent). * Certification in Food Handling, HACCP, allergen management, and OHS for middle management. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Internet. * English level B1. * Leadership, communication, planning, and people development skills. **What do we offer you?** * Full-time position. * Permanent contract. * Growth and development opportunities within our hotel chain. * Employee benefits: discounts at our establishments, health insurance, banking agreements, and much more!
