We seek an individual who not only possesses exceptional culinary skills but also demonstrates strong accountability and a proactive approach to upholding our hotel chain’s standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of a team of five people. * Supervision and control of the assigned station or service. * Efficient preparation and control of culinary items. * Management of procurement, preservation, and storage of goods. * Communication of product and resource requirements for the assigned station. * Compliance with chain standards and assurance of quality in every detail. * Maintenance and upkeep of facilities and work equipment. * Compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations and related recordkeeping. * Collaboration in kitchen cleaning, waste collection, and recycling. * End-of-shift safety checks: gas shut off, lights and hood turned off, refrigerators closed. * Preparation of reports on resource and process management. * Training and guidance of personnel under supervision. **We Offer:** * Immediate hiring. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours.
