Position Summary: We are seeking a Chef – Head Chef to supervise operations, collaborate on gastronomic offerings, train staff, and manage procurement at a hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a **Head Chef** to join our hotel SES ESTAQUES located in IBIZA, Santa Eulària des Riu. ️ **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise compliance with processes and quality standards of the establishment. * Collaborate in meeting established budgets and objectives. * Collaborate in designing the hotel’s gastronomic offerings. * Train staff under your supervision in preparing the established menus. * Procurement management: optimization using the ABC method. * Strict control of HACCP and food safety standards. * Adaptation to preferences of British and domestic guests. * Supervise and ensure all food service points operate correctly according to the established menu. * Supervise that all staff under your supervision perform assigned tasks correctly. **Requirements:** * Vocational training in culinary arts. * Prior experience as Sous Chef or Station Chef in gastronomic restaurants. * 3–4 years’ track record in gastronomic restaurants, banquets, and Mediterranean cuisine. * Cost and people manager, accustomed to high-volume operations. * Knowledge of recipe costing and performance tracking. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a sector-leading company in rapid expansion. * Competitive salary conditions.
