The position involves the handling and organization of materials within an industrial environment. Key responsibilities include positioning goods using a front-end forklift, ensuring they are correctly placed and stored to optimize space and internal logistics. Additionally, the professional will be responsible for supporting the production line supply by transporting required materials from storage areas to usage points to ensure continuous workflow. Another essential task is stacking goods, organizing pallets and loads safely and stably to prevent accidents and facilitate subsequent retrieval. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, warehouse safety, and adherence to production plans. The work takes place in a dynamic environment requiring concentration, precision in maneuvers, and strict compliance with established safety protocols for operating machinery and handling loads. The operator's contribution is key to the internal supply chain, directly impacting productivity and overall warehouse organization.
Salary compensation is determined according to the applicable collective agreement, with a gross hourly rate of 10\.5 euros. Working hours are fixed on the morning shift, from 07:00 to 15:00. There is potential for permanent employment after a probationary period, subject to performance and company needs.
A specific forklift operator license for front-end forklifts is required, along with a valid driver's license. At least three years of demonstrable experience in similar roles within a logistics or industrial environment is mandatory. The ability to work with precision and follow safety procedures is highly valued.
