New and easy application options are available for this role: chat with our recruitment assistant Ana at careers.cargill.com or send a WhatsApp message with the word CargillJobs to **\+1 612 441 2032\.** **Shift/Work Schedule:** Day shift The Generalist Process Coordinator will perform assigned leadership activities and carry out a variety of responsibilities across an entire production facility, including operating machinery and mechanical equipment, performing maintenance, resolving potential customer issues throughout the plant, and supporting others using a broad understanding of diverse and multidimensional processes. In this role, you will be assigned to different work areas as needed to ensure production goals are met, quality products are produced, and performance is maximized—all while adhering to all safety policies and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support others in learning operational procedures, share information with peers, and recommend changes to ensure clarity and effectiveness of guidance—including documentation of procedures * Ensure team members properly record production and inventory activities * Understand and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and monitor workflow pace and progress of assigned teams and processes—requiring awareness of interconnections with other process areas * Coordinate and supervise staff under your responsibility * Conduct weekly poultry selection handling * Administer vaccines, antibiotics, and/or vitamins as appropriate * Maintain records and control of module downtime periods * Monitor and comply with all company safety policies * And any other duties reasonably related to the position, as assigned by your Supervisor **Qualifications:** **Minimum:** * Must be at least 18 years of age * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, stooping, or twisting safely—with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present—using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Completed secondary education * Technical degree in Agropecuario, Animal Science, or a related field * Ability to read and write Spanish fluently without difficulty * Prior experience with inventory systems * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms—with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts—with advance notice * Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication **Preferred:** * Experience using computers * Prior experience working in similar roles **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request your credit card information, usernames, or passwords through any channel.
