The position is for immediate integration at the **Guitart Central Park Aqua Resort 4\***, a leading holiday resort in **Lloret de Mar**. ***Your Mission*** You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all **Food \& Beverage** departments within the hotel, guaranteeing operational excellence, service quality, and achievement of annual financial objectives. ***What Will You Do Daily?*** * Manage and supervise the overall operation of all F\&B departments under your responsibility. * Oversee the food and beverage offerings and service at each outlet, ensuring alignment with the property’s category standards. * Plan and schedule the department’s annual activities, coordinating them with other operational departments. * Drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining economic sustainability. * Guarantee excellent service across all F\&B areas, promoting continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence. * Ensure order, organization, and proper use of workspaces and departments under your supervision. * Coordinate consistently with other hotel departments to optimize daily operations and internal sales. * Manage and respond to event quotations—both direct and via the commercial department—and identify sales opportunities. * Analyze monthly departmental financial results, monitor KPIs and variances, and propose corrective actions. * Collaborate closely with the administration department to monitor and improve the operating statement. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What Do We Need From You?*** **Mandatory** * Experience managing Food \& Beverage departments in a hotel environment. * Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and operating statements. * Leadership and supervisory capability over front-of-house and kitchen teams. * Service quality orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to coordinate across multiple operational areas. * Focus on resource optimization and productivity. **Desirable** * Experience in event management and sales. * Sensitivity towards culinary innovation and sustainability. * Prior experience in hotel chains. ***What Do We Offer?*** Being a **W2M·People** member comes with advantages—because our team’s well-being is our top priority.
